Vented Soffits (9mm)

9mm vented soffit boards provide ventilation to the roof void of houses and give a modern, clean finish to the roofline soffit.

Made from cellular uPVC, the high quality vented soffit boards are durable and easy to install. They come in a range of colours including white and black, light oak, mahogany and rosewood foil.

Vented soffits are suitable for roofs with a pitch greater than 15 degrees, enable airflow of the roof void equivalent to a 10mm continuous gap as required by the Building Regulations.
